We'll meet at a cafe in the morning and keep one another company while we work. You will see how focused our members are on their work, and hopefully, it will help you focus on your work as well. (Feel free to watch Netflix, though, since your boss is not around.)

What better way to wrap things up than by going to lunch together?! After working hard all morning, we deserve some great food to revitalize our bodies and minds! And if you want to just join us for lunch, feel free!

We will be seated on the 3rd floor.

The event will end at 1 pm, but for those who want to eat lunch together, we will go to a nearby restaurant. (Optional)
After lunch, you can stay longer and keep working if you want to. It's up to you.

• Relieving stress from the past few days while walking in the cool breeze of the Han River.
• Have good walking exercises

When Thursday comes around, is the stress of the week weighing on your body and mind? Or, with the weekend so close, yet still too far away, do you just have an urge to get out and do something fun and relaxing?

Seoul has so many wonderful places to see, and its waterways host some of the best sites and scenery. For many people, the Han River (한강) is a favorite. Along both of its banks are walk paths that provide Seoul’s residents and visitors a perfect way to enjoy the beauty and serenity of this natural landmark.

This week will be our final stroll along the north side of the Han River. Next week, we will jump to the south side and start to make our way back toward the east. Let's continue to spend Thursday nights de-stressing and getting to know one another better!

7:00pm - Meet outside Mapo Station Exit #4 (Line 5)
***NOT Mapo-gu Office Station Line 6!!***
7:10pm – 9:00pm - Walk to Seoul Battleship Park (picnic location)
(We will begin promptly at 7:10pm, so please be on time.)
9:00pm – Picnic by the river (Optional)

**After the event, you can return home via Mapo-gu Office Station (Line 6).

The walk route and picnic spot will be posted on the SeoulShare Event & Info chatroom. Please refer to the post and catch up when you can.
Once the event begins, the organizer will be busy and might not be able to reply to questions.

• Course: Mapo Station to Seoul Battleship Park
• Duration: About 2 hours
• Difficulty: Easy

✅ Be sure to bring:
• Water
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Picnic mat or blanket to sit on
• Your favorite picnic foods and beverages
(Food vendors near the picnic area: Emart24, Subway, GS25, Tom's BBQ, Starbucks.)
• All of your stress, so you can toss it in the river as we walk!

Hello Friends!

Our friend Billy is a Mindful Essentials Educator who hosts a podcast called The Mindful Midlife Crisis. He is in the process of becoming a certified mindfulness teacher, and he wants to share the benefits of cultivating a mindfulness practice with the group.

On Thursdays from 8:00 pm-9:00 pm, join Billy for a mindfulness session that will focus on one of the following:

• Breathwork
• Body attunement
• Emotional attunement
• Mindful eating
• Mindful movement

The easiest way to get here is by taking Line 1 to Daebang Station (Exit 4) or Line 5 to Singil Station (Exit 1). Celibyeoui is smack dab in the middle of these two stations!

NOTE: If you are more than ten minutes late, the doors will be locked and you will not be able to access the lobby, which means you will not be able to join the group!
