Come to this experiential workshop (Ideally, come hungry and bring your lunch) to learn and practice how to maximize your pleasure from each bite of food. You will begin to understand how “portion control” can come from inside of you so that you can reduce calories without reducing satisfaction. You’ll also get to practice a powerful tool for self-awareness of hunger and fullness that will help you navigate eating starting tomorrow.
