Lets Break the Shame @Home - Online Mental Health Meetup

Now our Organization gives the opportunity to join our events online on Zoom. We provide a safe place to talk about mental health, and you get to join from the comforts of your room.

You'll hear the story of one of our experts by experience and then be added to a smaller discussion group to build a closer community.
Through these online meetups, you not only gain a safe place for people to talk with but also access to our private community Mighty Networks where experiences are shared, educational videos are offered, inspirational texts are presented and tips can be found. At mighty networks, you also get to contribute your voice and knowledge by creating questions, polls, games, and much more.
