1. Warm Welcome: Join us as we kick off this exciting event, where we'll explore the theme of well-being and happiness in the workplace.

2. Dialogue-Based Well-Being Workshop: Be inspired by the insights of our keynote speaker, Ms. Madoka Maeno, CEO of EVOL, who will share her research and expertise on fostering well-being, particularly for women. Experience a hands-on, dialogue-based workshop using well-being dialogue cards to promote interaction and engagement.

3. Special Panel Discussion: Hear from The Plant employees and Madoka Maeno as they engage in a lively, informative panel discussion on the importance of well-being in the workplace. Our esteemed Chief Human Resources Officer, Maki, will moderate the discussion, ensuring that all voices are heard.

4. Q&A: This is your chance to ask any questions you may have about the workshop or the panel discussion. Our panelists will be happy to provide answers and insights.

Madoka Maeno’s profile
Madoka Maeno, CEO and Representative Director of EVOL is a researcher at the Human System Design Laboratory of the SDM Research Institute, affiliated with the System Design and Management Graduate School at Keio University. She is also a member of the International Positive Psychology Association. With a distinguished career that spans San Francisco University, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Vision for Child Rearing, and others, Maeno has received the National PTA Liaison Council Chairman's Award for her work in PTA activities. A published author of books such as 'Nicoichi Happiness Studies' and 'The Happiness Switch that Makes Mondays Enjoyable,' Maeno is also a wife and mother of two, married to Takashi Maeno, a prominent researcher in well-being studies in Japan and a professor at Keio University Graduate School.
