Для всех, кто хотел бы посещать занятия по йоге и при этом поддерживать и улучшать знание английского — совместный проект разговорного клуба English Club With Nataly (https://vk.com/english_with_nataly) с Анастасией Долгополовой, преподавателем английского (https://vk.com/howtoenglish11) и инструктором по йоге.

📝 Что из себя представляет новый формат?

Часть 1. Занятие по йоге (уровень — базовый, подойдёт также для начинающих) под чутким руководством Анастасии. Длительность: 60 минут.

Част 2. Разговорная практика после занятия в уютном кафе в йога-центре.

Итог: получаем пользу для тела и души, а также английского.

Уровень английского: B1 и выше.

Место: Студия "Joy Yoga", ул. Воздвиженка 7/6 стр. 1 (м. "Библиотека им. Ленина" или "Арбатская").

Время: 3 июня, суббота, 13.40.

Стоимость: 800 руб. / первое посещение, 1000 руб. / последующие.
