Are events in-person?

All events are VIRTUAL and online!

Why is it that when I click on the events page, I don't see a link to join?

Come back 30 min before, RSVP will replace with a JOIN NOW link.

Why can’t I get onto OneClick.chat for the event?

Make sure you are using Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. If you’re still unable to log on - please refresh your browser or give us a call at (267)-493-4371.

Why can’t I see myself?

You will ONLY see your host/presenter! You can click the ‘Raise Hand’ button next to your name if you’d like to ask a question. The host will send you a prompt to first ask your permission to come on screen. You'll also see and hear yourself during breakout groups!

What is a breakout room?

Breakout rooms are when your presenter sends you into another virtual ‘room’ where you can meet other participants and discuss that day’s topic. You’ll just need to make sure your camera and microphone are on so that you can participate.
